License

When you buy a spreadsheet from EasyMathSheets, you get a single-user license. Here is what that means.

You can

• Use the sheet for your own business, or for one business you run or help run (for example, your truck or your small fleet; your club's treasury).
• Make as many copies as you need for yourself, on any device: Google Sheets, Excel, phone, computer.
• Change anything in the sheet, add tabs, delete tabs, translate it. It is yours to use.
• Keep using it forever. There is no subscription and no expiry. If you get a refund, the license ends and you delete your copies.
• Download free updates from the store where you bought.

You cannot

• Sell, rent, give away or share the files, with or without changes.
• Post the files, or a copy made from them, on a website, a forum, a group or a cloud drive that other people can open.
• Use the sheet to build a product you sell or give to others, such as a template, an app or a course.
• Remove the EasyMathSheets credit from the START HERE tab.

If you want to use a sheet for many businesses, a fleet with several owners, or as part of a service you sell, message us. We can offer a multi-user license at a fair price.

Good to know

• We design every spreadsheet ourselves. We use AI tools to help write and test some formulas and text. Every formula is tested before sale.
• Our sheets are planning tools. They are not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice.
• EasyMathSheets is not affiliated with Google, Microsoft or Etsy.
