Questions people ask
How do I get the files?
This is a digital download. Nothing is shipped. After you pay on Etsy, download the files from your Etsy account (Purchases). Open the PDF guide first.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Use the free Google Sheets app. The guide has buttons to make your own copy, light or dark. It also works in Microsoft Excel 2010 or newer.
I paid a deposit. What do I type?
Type the full cost in Total cost and the deposit in Paid so far. When you pay more, type the new total paid and the next due date.
Where does the guide % come from?
From The Knot 2026 Real Weddings Study. It is only a starting point. Change any share, or leave it empty.
I need more categories or people.
Tap the + at the left, just under the last line. You get up to 24 categories and 12 people. They count in the totals either way.
Something is not working. What do I do?
Send us a message on Etsy. We answer and fix it. If we can't, we review your case for a refund.
